Our vision

An inclusive vision at the heart of our commitment

At Mash International School of Business, diversity is not just a value — it is a strength. We actively engage against discrimination based on disability, age, origin, gender, sexual orientation and appearance.

Our goal is to create a community where every individual can express themselves, feel valued and grow in complete serenity.

Our inclusion translates into concrete actions that respect each person's journey, allowing everyone to reveal their potential in a dynamic and caring collective environment.

Inclusion & equality

Inclusion and equality in the professional environment

Inclusion goes beyond simply respecting differences: it means creating an environment where every person feels welcomed, heard and valued.

At MISB, equality ensures that all actions — recruitment, training, career progression — are equitable, merit-based, and free from systemic barriers.

That is why we have designed an inclusive guide for our apprentices, apprenticeship supervisors and trainers, to promote understanding, cohesion and collective responsibility.
