Les candidats au programme DBA – Doctorate in Business Administration (titre académique privé) doivent être titulaires d’un diplôme de fin d’études supérieures de niveau avancé (minimum Bac+5 ou équivalent) dans les domaines de la gestion, du management ou de l’entrepreneuriat.
Un dossier académique solide est requis. Une attention particulière est portée à la progression du parcours d’études, à la cohérence du profil et aux motivations liées au projet de recherche.
Une lettre exposant le parcours, les objectifs professionnels et la pertinence d’un travail de recherche appliquée est attendue. Elle doit mettre en valeur les raisons qui motivent le candidat à intégrer un programme DBA privé.
Un entretien peut être organisé pour évaluer l’adéquation du profil avec les attentes du programme. Il peut porter sur le sujet d’étude envisagé, les compétences transversales, l’expérience professionnelle ou les perspectives visées.
