The program develops strong skills in recruitment, talent management, social relations, employment law, CSR, and managerial transformation. It is designed for students seeking to transition into strategic human resources professions in a globalized context.

Program Objectives

The program is open to applicants who hold a high school diploma or its international equivalent.

This program leads to the issuance of a private academic title by MISB. It is designed according to international standards within private higher education. It is aimed at students passionate about innovation, seeking autonomy and impact, and wanting to transform their ideas into concrete projects.

The BBS-HRM program is designed to strike a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Students will take 590 hours of classes per year, focusing on theory, hands-on workshops, and exposure to the real-world industry.
Class times: Organized every Monday (8 a.m.) and Tuesday (8 a.m.) for 56 days per academic year.
Practical workshops: Held every Wednesday (6 hours) for 23 weeks, with an additional 4-hour workshop on some weeks.

  • Employment law, payroll, and collective relations
  • Employer branding, QWL, and diversity
  • Intercultural management and HR leadership
  • Crisis management, restructuring, and change management
Career Opportunities
  • Graduates may consider positions such as: Recruitment Officer, HR Assistant, Training Manager, Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager, Junior HR Business Partner, Junior HR Consultant.
  • During Semester 6, students will complete a 5-6 month internship, followed by a full report, to put their learning into practice in real HR contexts.
