Admission requirements

Welcome to MASH International School of Business, Paris, France.

At MASH International School of Business, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and cultivating a dynamic learning environment for our students. Our admissions policy ensures that all applicants are treated fairly and transparently.

Please read carefully and follow the following guidelines:

  • Online Application: All applications for admission must be submitted online through our official website. Applicants must complete the online application form, providing accurate and complete information.
  • Registration fees: An application fee of €30 is charged for any admission application. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the candidate withdraws their application, fails to attend the interview, or if their application is rejected.
  • Payment: The application fee must be paid at the time of application. Payment of the €30 application fee is required to complete and finalize your application.
  • Fraudulent documents: MASH International School of Business has a zero-tolerance policy on the submission of fraudulent documents. Any attempt to provide false or misleading information, including false certificates or credentials, will result in the immediate disqualification of the applicant.
  • Applicant's Liability: If fraudulent documents are identified, the sole responsibility lies with the applicant. MASH International School of Business will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of false information or fraudulent documents.
  • Verification Process: MASH International School of Business reserves the right to verify the authenticity of documents submitted during the admissions process. Any discrepancies found during the verification process will result in the rejection of the application.
  • Admission Decisions: Mash International School of Business follows a non-discriminatory policy in its admissions process. All applications are evaluated based on a Google Meet interview, merit, and the completeness of the information and documents submitted.
  • Communication: All information regarding the admissions process, including updates, notifications, and requests for additional information, will be forwarded via the contact information provided by the applicant. It is the candidate's responsibility to check their emails and other communication channels for updates regularly.

Fee Refund Policy: Tuition (All Inclusive)

Tuition (all-inclusive): The total amount covering all costs related to admission, including registration fees, tuition fees, and official administrative fees. Students must pay the fees according to their category. The administrative fee of €300 is non-refundable in all cases.

1. Refund Policy – International Students (Category: European & Non-European)

  • 1.1 In the event of a visa refusal, the student undertakes to provide the school with an official refusal letter issued by the competent embassy as soon as possible.
  • 1.2 The school will arrange a video call with the student to verify each page of the passport, confirming the absence of a visa. (Synchronous verification)
  • 1.3 Once the verification has been completed and the visa refusal has been confirmed, the school will start the procedure for refunding the tuition fees, excluding non-refundable fees.
  • 1.4 The refund will be processed within two months from the date of submission of the visa refusal letter to the school.
  • 1.5 Non-refundable fees for international students:
    • Application fee of €30
    • Administrative fee of €300

2. Refund Policy – Students residing in France

  • 2.1 For students residing in France, the following conditions apply:
  • Application fee of €30 is required and non-refundable.
  • Administrative fee of €300 applies and becomes non-refundable as soon as the official admission documents are issued (certificate of registration, letter of invitation, etc.).
  • Once the tuition fees have been paid and the official documents have been issued, no refund will be given for administrative costs.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

  • 3.1 Admission to the institution is only granted if the student acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stipulated in this policy.
  • 3.2 By submitting their application and making payment, the student confirms that they have read and accepted this admission policy, including the refund conditions specific to their category.

Additional Notes

  • Medical situations: In the event of a medical situation preventing a student from continuing his or her studies, he or she may return to the academic year in the following session. Fees will be automatically transferred, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Withdrawal after visa issuance: If a student chooses to leave the school after obtaining a visa based on our documents (certificate of enrolment), no refund of the fee will be given.
