The Mastère Degree – Specialized Tracks of the Mash International School of Business (MISB) is a private training program, taught in French and English, designed to train professionals capable of meeting the challenges of management in an international environment. The diplomas awarded by MISB are private academic titles, designed in accordance with international standards and oriented towards professional practice. Although they do not fall within the French national university framework, they reflect the high standards and global openness of our educational model.

Mastère degree - Specialized courses

The Mastère Degree - Specialized Pathways, offered by the Mash International School of Business, is an intensive private higher education program designed to train agile, responsible, and strategic profiles in an international environment. Inspired by the standards of international mastère programs, this two-year course enables students to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company, deepen their knowledge of the decision-making levers in marketing, finance, strategy, management, and innovation, and develop results-oriented and agile leadership skills.

Academic Program

Each semester includes a variable set of modules. The majority are not presented in the form of lectures, but rather as seminars, practical exercises, tutorials, practical activities, and research based on professional immersion.

The emphasis is on developing practical and behavioral skills rather than purely theoretical knowledge. Employability is enhanced through participation in internships and research projects.

Students are part of a community combining peer-to-peer learning with independent work. They collaborate with the teaching team to choose a specialization in a market, product, profession, or company of their choice, tailoring their internships, research projects, and practical activities to achieve professional goals effectively.

Admission Criteria

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Open to candidates who have completed three years of higher education or hold an equivalent international diploma.
  • Profiles with significant professional experience may also be considered for direct admission.
Language Skills
  • Proficiency in at least one language is required; the language of instruction is French and English.
  • For international applicants whose native language is not French, additional tests such as IELTS or TOEFL may be required to assess English proficiency.
Professional Experience
  • Although work experience is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Candidates with relevant experience may benefit from a more comprehensive evaluation of their application.
Motivation and Interview
  • Personal motivation is a key factor. Applicants may be required to submit a cover letter explaining their interest in business studies and why they wish to join MASH International School of Business.
